WYD DON BOSCO 23 is promoting a campaign to raise volunteers for World Youth Day Lisbon 2023. At the same time, the registration of host families is also underway to welcome the young pilgrims of WYD Lisbon 2023
WYD DON BOSCO needs volunteers who can ensure the many tasks that will arise before, during and after WYD Lisbon 2023. In addition, volunteers will also be friendly, safe, available Face, and able to help those in need or to refer, correctly, in accordance with the need.
All WYD DON BOSCO volunteers must be over the age of 18 and must be committed to working in the “Salesian way”, which means putting young people at the centre of everything.

Host Families Campaign
The Host Families of WYD DON BOSCO 23 are available to welcome young Salesian pilgrims, from the 31st of July to the 7th of August, guaranteeing accommodation to a minimum of two pilgrims, with comfortable sleeping conditions, daily hygiene, and breakfast. It is also desirable that, if necessary, the family assist in transporting the pilgrim from his home to the Salesian School.
Welcoming pilgrims is a way of participating in World Youth Day, receiving Christ at home, and providing young people with the best possible experience.
