The fees for participation in World Youth Day, which will take place from 1 to 6 August 2023 in Lisbon, have been announced. Registration for the entire week will cost 235 euros, all inclusive: food, accommodation, transportation, insurance and WYD Kit. However, there will be discounts and other prices for those who do not opt for the full package.
Those who choose to participate only in the events with the Pope, which will take place during the weekend, the price of the all-inclusive package will be 125 euros. Registration for volunteers will cost 145 euros.
Those who register until December 31 will have a 10% discount, and those who do so until March 15 will have a 5% discount.
These figures were disclosed this Monday at the meeting being held in Fatima, which brings together about 300 young people from around the world with the organizers of WYD, including the head of the Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life, Cardinal Kevin Farrell.
It remains now to wait for the announcement of the exact date of the opening of registrations for WYD, which is expected to happen by the end of this month.
