On June 3, the parish of St. Joseph, Setubal, held its second WYD fund-raising event. The event was held in conjunction with the Salesian Sisters.
The parish church was filled with parishioners who welcomed the Children’s Choir of Setúbal and the Women’s Choir TuttiEncantus, directed by the conductor Nuno Batalha, as well as the Cetóbriga Chamber Choir, conducted by Gonçalo Lourenço.
The artists provided an unforgettable evening, with music of excellent quality.
At the end of the evening, everyone was encouraged by the participation of the choirs and eager to continue to be part of the great celebration that is World Youth Day, which will take place from 1 to 6 August in Lisbon.
