WYD DON BOSCO 23 ended its registration period for World Youth Day last June 15. Results exceeded expectations, with more than 7,000 young people of the Salesian Youth Movement registered.

The young people of the national and international Salesian Youth Movement do not want to be left out of the greatest meeting of the Pope with youth, and more than seven thousand have already registered for World Youth Day Lisbon 2023.

Coming from countries as different as Spain, Italy, Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, Poland, Dominican Republic, Australia, Bolivia, China and South Korea, among many others, many young people have already registered with WYD DON BOSCO 23.

The registration through WYD DON BOSCO 23 has just finished and now the organization is finalizing all the preparations to receive the more than seven thousand young people who want to be part of this great celebration, living it according to Don Bosco’s charism.

From 26 July to 31 July the young people will be integrated into the dioceses of Aveiro, Algarve, Braga, Évora and Castelo Branco. The Diocese of Porto was the most sought after by the SYM, with six groups choosing this destination.

From 1 to 6 August the Salesian presences in the dioceses of Lisbon and Setúbal will welcome all the pilgrims of the Salesian Youth Movement.
