On June 9, the WYDDBOSCO23 Itineraries team invited the different Salesian houses to a meeting of “adult influencers”. These “Influencers” were called to reach the young people of the various pastoral realities, and in a special way, to those who are not normally the most assiduous to ordinary pastoral care. The great purpose is to reach all young people who pass through salesian houses, inviting them to join the WYDDBOSCO23 walk, towards WYD Lisboa23.
To achieve this goal, the Itineraries team counts on the precious collaboration of reference adults from salesian environments whose capacity for relationship and convocation of students is clearly recognized in the educational community. Its mission is to invite ALL young people, who pass through (or have already passed through) salesian houses, to participate in this great Church event that awaits us in a year’s time.
The houses present presented the path they are taking and what they have designed for a next pastoral year in order to achieve this goal. Activities such as “A Night at School”; meetings of former students, for school years; volunteering actions; WYD walk, among other activities are being used in the various Salesian houses.
During the meeting, an interesting sharing was also held that allowed us to know different ways of convocation and dynamic for WYD Lisboa23.
We continue the path at the local level, animated by the Salesian spirit! WYDDBOSCO23 on the way!
